Booking a Spa Party
When booking a spa party, try to book as far in advance as possible to ensure getting the specific date for your event. We will need to know how many of your guests will be receiving treatments and what type of services they will be getting. A rough estimate will help us determine how many therapists are needed for the party. A deposit is required to hold the date.
What to wear
Comfortable clothing is the best so be sure to tell your guests. You can have them bring robes& slippers to lounge in or we can supply robes if needed. Have them bring a bathing suit also if you have a Jacuzzi to relax in also.
Modesty concerns
You’ll want to provide a room so the guests can change in to their robes prior to any treatment. The therapist will leave the room while you get under the comfortable sheets on the massage table and well keep you covered at all times except for the area of the body being massaged. A bathing suit can also be worn during the treatment. If one of your guest prefers to remain fully clothed we do offer massages techniques such as Acupressure, Reflexology, Chair Massage and Energy Therapy that are done fully clothed.
Set-up location
When booking your party think of rooms you have available for the different spa services. A room that is private and can accommodate a massage table or two is great for massages, facials, body treatments and waxing. One of the best places to set-up for the manicure & pedicures is in a common area like the family room or bonus room. That way you and your guests can socialize and still be pampered.
Drinking and eating
Most important is to offer water and alcohol alternatives to those getting a massage or body treatments so as not to overtax the body. But since this is a party, relax & enjoy and be pampered.
The ambiance
Choose what type of party you would like to have, weather it is a relaxing & quiet with soothing music or very upbeat. Will it have a theme?? Just let us know and we can work with you on your ideas.
Communication with the therapist
The massages and treatments are for the purpose of relaxation, stress reduction, skin rejuvenation and thoroughly being pampered. Let the therapist know the type pressure you wanting to have [light or firm] feel free to ask any questions you may have.
